Clogged Nozzle Management: Clogged nozzles can be easily managed by soaking them in a cleaning solution such as Harpic for effective removal of calcium buildup. After soaking for about 30 minutes to one hour, rinse the nozzles thoroughly before reinstalling them in the system.
Easy Disassembly: Our misting nozzle series is designed for easy disassembly to facilitate cleaning and flushing of debris. Adding a scaling filter to the misting pump can help minimize calcium buildup.
Standard Thread Sizes: Our standard nozzle thread size is 10/24, but other sizes like 12/24 are also accepted in the misting industry.
